How Much is Delivery & How Long Will It Take?
As long as we receive your order before 11:30am, our aim is to process it and dispatch it the same day (as long as the item is in stock). Many of our deliveries require a signature so we recommend you include a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the item (e.g., a work address).
Orders for delivery within the UK (prices in GBP)
We have two delivery methods for UK customers:
- Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail and should take 2-4 working days to arrive. For high value orders a signature may be required.
- EXPRESS Delivery is via next day courier (generally Royal Mail Special Delivery). The order must be placed before 11:30am to go out that same day - after 11:30am it will be processed the following day. Please note there is no delivery Sat or Sun so an order placed before 11:30am on Fri will arrive on Mon. If it is placed after 11:30am on Fri, it will arrive with you Tues. EXPRESS delivery will require a signature.

For delivery to some areas of the UK (including the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly), please allow a few extra days. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability. For goods out of stock we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 2 days of receiving your order. You will have the option then of ordering an alternative item or receiving a refund.
You can select to have your order delivered to your place of work or an alternate address so there will be someone there to sign for it. If a signature is not available, a card will be left letting you know where the item can be collected or a number to call for re-delivery. Please note, packages are generally only held by the Post Office or courier for 1 week, after which time they will be returned to Canine Spirit. Re-delivery of your order will then incur a £5.50 charge.
Orders for delivery to Europe & International (prices in GBP):
We can deliver to Europe and International destinations. Your package will be shipped Royal Mail Air Mail - their aim is to deliver to European destinations within 3 working days and worldwide within 5 working days. Although nearly all packages we send arrive within these timeframes, they cannot be guaranteed and Royal Mail recommend it can take up to 20 working days.

If you would like to courier your package, email us and we can get a quote for International Courier. As guidance we have found these charges generally range between £30-£45 - this is dependent on the size and weight of your shipment.
Charges on deliveries outside of the UK
Additional local duty and taxes may be required to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of goods. Please note, we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be - you will be responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information (this will most likely be available on the web).
